The TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team scored 19 world championship points in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship’s second race of the Monaco double-header on Sunday. In wet conditions, António Félix da Costa crossed the finish line fourth and scored an additional point for the fastest lap in the top ten.
Porsche has started into its racing year with a 1-2 qualifying lock-out followed by a double podium and moved into the lead of all three standings in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship at the Mexico City E-Prix.
On Friday afternoon, Pascal Wehrlein and António Félix da Costa completed the final laps with the new Porsche 99X Electric before the upcomming Formula E season gets underway in Brazil in December.
Porsche has presented its Formula E car for the next two seasons: the new Porsche 99X Electric. The all-electric open-wheel racer complies with the regulations for the updated third generation of Formula E cars, called GEN3 Evo, and features all-round improved Porsche in-house developments.
